Cliff is a seasoned attorney with a strong background in criminal defense, juvenile criminal defense, family law, and general civil litigation.
Cliff A. Stark, trial attorney, has practiced law in Tulsa and the surrounding counties for over thirty years. He has tried over fifty jury trials and hundreds of judge trials, often called “bench trials.” His experience has a broad base of civil and criminal defense cases, including juvenile and family law, guardianship, adoption, wills and trusts, probate, divorce, bankruptcy, personal injury, wrongful death, employment litigation, debt collection and appeals.
Cliff was a Prosecutor for the City of Collinsville for nine years. While there, he successfully fought for toll-free telephone access from Collinsville to Tulsa before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. He and co-counselors obtained and collected a $500,000.00 judgement against the City of Tulsa for the back wages of sixty police officers and fire fighters. Stark also represented a 50+ employee company for 2 years through a successful Chapter 11 reorganization. Cliff has argued before the Oklahoma Supreme Court sitting en banc (before all nine justices). However, Cliff believes his most important accomplishment is his history of providing excellent legal representation to thousands of satisfied individuals for a reasonable and fair attorney fee.
Cliff obtained both a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity.
