Lacey Shirley assists all clients both in litigation and in transactional matters such as estate planning. She focuses on solving client's issues rather than simply addressing short term considerations. While there are no guarantees, there are strategic moves that can mitigate or altogether avoid a variety of legal problems. Lacey understands that sometimes a lawsuit is necessary and provides an informed basis for her clients to pursue litigation. However, there is often a way to resolve conflicts without resort to trial.
Lacey focuses on lifelong relationships with her clients. Using a relational and practical approach to serving her clients, she successfully moves cases forward in an efficient and economic manner to best meet her clients’ needs. Lacey’s background in oil and gas litigation, construction litigation, civil rights, employment law and estate planning and probates brings a diverse perspective to Boston Avenue Law.
In her free time, Lacey enjoys spending time with her three daughters, two dogs and three chickens, hiking in the Ozark Mountains and kayaking along a clear mountain stream, growing native plants and flowers, and cooking.
